Returns and Refunds

We will always attempt to make things right with you as a valued client if a product or service does not adequately meet your needs. However, we do not have a way to accept returns or offer refunds. Nevertheless, to inquire about issues or errors, contact us at support@remedywellhealth.com.

Subscription Services and Cancellations

Certain products and Services offered by Remedy Well are made available on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually). That means that your method of payment will be automatically charged at regular intervals from the date of subscription purchase as described for the product or Service selected at the time of checkout until you cancel that subscription. Cancellation of subscriptions can be requested at any time up to seventy-two (72) hours before your subscription is set to renew on the selected monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual subscription cycle by doing so within your online account or emailing support@remedywellhealth.com and requesting assistance with a cancellation.

Requesting Refunds & Pausing an Account

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription cycles, but we can stop a new payment cycle from beginning once you have a pending cancellation on file. We may in some instances provide refunds, however we reserve the right to approve or reject refunds at the sole discretion of Remedy Well. Please note that if you request for your account to be paused, payment will stop for the time requested, and will resume when the pause period has expired.

Subscription Costs and Prescriptions

In an effort to make your experience with Remedy Well more integrated and convenient, Remedy Well has introduced a single pay subscription price for our Skin Care line of Services. This means you will pay one predictable fee for your subscription, and it will include the cost of medical provider services along with the price of the prescription. For our Body Care line of Services, as prices for medications can vary substantially, they are not included in subscription cost. Rather, your subscription cost will cover the medical provider’s services, coaching, and associated support. Prescriptions are paid out-of-pocket by users as an expense beyond the price of the subscription currently. As such, if you cancel or pause your subscription, as a matter of public safety, please be aware that you will not continue to receive prescriptions until you restart or renew your subscription.
